At FurniBazaar, we are committed to delivering handcrafted comfort right to your home. We strive for perfection in every delivery, but in the rare instance that you receive a wrong or damaged product, our refund policy is designed to ensure a smooth and fair resolution.
Our Refund Condition: Wrong or Damaged Product Delivered
We offer refunds ONLY under the following specific condition:
- You received a product that is demonstrably wrong (different from what you ordered) or visibly damaged upon delivery.
- How to Initiate a Refund Request for a Wrong or Damaged Product.
- If your delivered product falls under the above condition, please follow these steps carefully.
Immediate Inspection & Documentation: As soon as you receive your order, please inspect the product(s) thoroughly for any damage or discrepancies.
Capture Evidence:
- For Damaged Products: Take clear photographs or a video showing the damage to the product and, if applicable, to the packaging.
- For Wrong Products: Take clear photographs of the product you received, ensuring any labels or identifying features are visible, along with a picture of your order confirmation.
- Notify Us Within 48 Hours (2 days): You must notify our customer service team about the wrong or damaged product within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving your delivery. Any claims made after this 48-hour window may not be eligible for a refund.

Please include your Order Number, a clear description of the issue, and attach the photographs/videos as evidence.
Our Refund Process:
Review of Your Request: Our team will review your request and the provided evidence within 2-3 business days.
Pickup/Return Arrangement: If your request is approved, we will arrange for the pickup of the wrong or damaged product from your delivery address at no extra cost to you. Please ensure the product is securely packed for return.
Quality Check Upon Return: Once the product is received back at our facility, it will undergo a quality check to verify the reported issue.
Refund Initiation:
- Upon successful verification, we will initiate your refund.
- Refunds will typically be processed within 7-15 business days after the returned product passes our quality check.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Important Notes:
- No Refunds for Other Reasons: We do not offer refunds for reasons other than the delivery of a wrong or damaged product. This includes, but is not limited to, change of mind, product not meeting expectations (unless due to misrepresentation on our part), or minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the product’s functionality or are within acceptable manufacturing tolerances.
- Original Condition: The product must be returned in its original condition, with all parts, accessories, and original packaging.
- FurniBazaar’s Discretion: FurniBazaar reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund requests.
