Welcome to FurniBazaar! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website www.furnibazaar.com (the “Site”) and the purchase of products from FurniBazaar (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.

Acceptance of Terms

By using our Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.

Products and Services

Ordering and Payment

Order Confirmation: After you place an order, you will receive an email from us confirming receipt of your order. This email does not signify our acceptance of your order; it is an acknowledgement that we have received it.
Order Acceptance: Your order is accepted and a contract for sale is formed only when we dispatch the product(s) and send you a dispatch confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
Payment: We accept various payment methods as indicated on the Site. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment method details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery Across India: FurniBazaar provides delivery services across all major cities and towns in India.
Delivery Timelines: Estimated delivery timelines are provided on the product pages and during the checkout process. These are estimates only and actual delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, logistics, or factors beyond our control.
Delivery Charges: Delivery charges, if any, will be clearly communicated to you during the checkout process.
Receipt of Goods: Upon delivery, please inspect the product(s) for any damage or defects before accepting delivery. If you find any damage, please report it immediately to the delivery personnel and to our customer service team.

Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Cancellation Policy: Orders can be cancelled by you only before they are dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. For cancellation requests, please contact our customer service team immediately.
Return Policy: Our return policy allows for returns of damaged or defective products. You must notify us of any damage or defect within 7 days of delivery. Returns will be accepted only if the product is in its original condition and packaging. Specific return conditions may apply to different product categories. Refunds: Refunds for eligible returns or cancelled orders will be processed within 15 business days after the product is received back and inspected by us. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Warranty

All products sold on FurniBazaar come with a manufacturer’s warranty, details of which will be specified on the product page or included with the product packaging. This warranty is subject to the terms and conditions set by the manufacturer.

User Accounts

Account Creation: To access certain features of the Site, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software, is the property of FurniBazaar or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FurniBazaar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Site; (c) any content obtained from the Site; and (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FurniBazaar, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) that such parties may incur as a result of or arising from your (or anyone using your account’s) violation of these Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
